SNUG User Conference: Coronavirus Virus (COVID 19)

March 31, 2020

SNUG User Conference has been cancelled.

Dear Springbrook Software Users:

On March 20th you received an email stating that the SNUG Board was working with the Portland Waterfront Marriott and Springbrook Software to confirm alternate dates this fall. The SNUG Board immediately started working through contingencies previously identified. Our goal is for everyone to stay healthy and receive the best training possible.

Due to scheduling it is not possible to find an alternate date later in 2020, the 2020 SNUG Conference is hereby canceled. All registrations will be cancelled and prepaid registrants will be issued a full refund.  Please allow for 4-6 weeks for the refund to be processed.

Hotel Reservations
If you had a room reserved at the Portland Marriott Downtown, the hotel will be canceling all rooms in the block. Should you still plan on visiting Portland, please contact the hotel and let them know you would like to keep your reservation. We ask that you do not call the hotel for cancelling. The hotel will cancel all reservations and you will receive a cancellation confirmation to the email you have on file with them.  If you booked at a different hotel or not as part of the block you will need to cancel your own reservation.

If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact your SNUG Association Manager, Stacey Barrett, at 971.200.4707 or [email protected]p.org.

Thank you,

SNUG Board of Directors

March 19, 2020

On Thursday March 12th you received an email stating the conference would proceed as planned. Since that time circumstances have changes significantly. On Friday, March 13, 2020, the president declared a national emergency. Many of us are already seeing the effects of this virus and the efforts to stop its spread.

The SNUG Board immediately started working through contingencies previously identified. Our goal is for everyone to stay healthy and receive the best training possible. Unfortunately, it has become clear that holding a conference in May is no longer realistic.

We are working with the Portland Waterfront Marriott and Springbrook Software to confirm alternate dates this fall.

Our next email will include rescheduling information as well as cancellation options if you will be unable to attend the conference at that time.

If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact your SNUG Association Manager, Stacey Barrett, at 971.200.4707 or [email protected]

Thank you,

SNUG Board of Directors
